Westbound (From Gadsden - I-59)

  • Take Exit 137 to I-459 South toward Tuscaloosa/Montgomery
  • Take Exit 32
  • Go straight through the US Hwy 11 intersection onto Edwards Lake Road.
  • At the third traffic light, turn left onto Medical Park East Drive.
  • The main hospital entrance is the next right after the Emergency entrance.
  • Our office is in the building to the left of the main hospital (Building 48). Our office is located on the first floor, Suite 151.

Eastbound (From Tuscaloosa and Western Birmingham - I-59/I-20)

  • Take Exit 134
  • Turn left at the bottom of the interstate ramp.
  • At the traffic light, turn right onto US Hwy 11.
  • Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Medical Park East Drive.
  • The main hospital entrance will be on your left.
  • Our office is in the building to the left of the main hospital (Building 48). Our office is located on the first floor, Suite 151.

Southbound (From Cullman, Nashville - I-65)

  • Take Exit 261A - I-59N toward Gadsden/Atlanta
  • Take Exit 134
  • Turn left at the bottom of the interstate ramp.

  • Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Medical Park East Drive.

Northbound (From Montgomery - I-65, Hoover & South of Birmingham)

  • Take Exit 250 - I-459 N toward US-280/Atlanta/Gadsden
  • Take Exit 32.
  • Go straight through the US Hwy 11 intersection onto Edwards Lake Road.

  • From US-280 W, take I-459 N toward Atlanta/Gadsden
